To update your device, just follow the following easy steps:
  1. Go to our new web page to update your contact information.

  2. You can do this through our web page at Yip.com

  3. Or login to My Account

  4. To login you need to use your YIP number and your current password.

  5. Once you have updated your information you can download the corresponding update and instructions.

  6. A. New Soft Phone.

    B. New software for USB phones.

    C. Updates for your KE1xxx phone or your KTA adapter so that they can be used on the new platform.

  7. Once you have updated your device and configured your new account, please send an e-mail to sales@yip.com to request a transfer of your current balance.
